Inhalt | History has shown over and over again that anthropologist Margaret Mead was right, when she wrote: „Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has”. The course explores different types of social movements to see how they have succeeded or failed to reach their goal of socio-cultural change. What were their keys to success, what can we learn from them? Thematic focus is laid on environmental and social justice movements. 3-6 LP |
