Sustainable fine dining - how does it work? Since 2014, we have been working on combining maximum enjoyment for our guests with maximum added value for society. Our training in gastronomy and agriculture, as well as our studies in gastronomic sciences (B.Sc.) have helped us a lot - as has the exchange with organisations such as Slow Food and Bioland. We are convinced that we can only achieve change together - and that we can also laugh, drink and eat well!
