All events are expected to take place in attendance.

How long can I still register for the Spring Sustainability Academy?

What are the rules for absences and can they be compensated?

Students who are temporarily absent due to exams or illness can still earn credits, if the absence does not exceed 2 hours of time. Absences over 2 hours will be compensated by a substitute performance in the form of extra questions to be answered.

Please contact us in advance if you have absences during Spring Academy Sustainability.

What do I need to accomplish for 2, 3 or 4 credit points?

2 CP:Participation in all program points of the Spring Academy+
preparatory reading/material for the chosen workshops (will be provided)

3 CP: Participation in all program points of the Spring Academy+
preparatory reading/material on the chosen workshops (will be provided)
+ reflection report on given questions (at least 8 000 characters incl. spaces)

By when do the reflection report (3 CP) have to be submitted?

In which semester will the credit points be credited?

Even if the credit points are not uploaded until the summer semester due to the processing time, they will be assigned to the winter semester in which the Spring Academy Sustainability at KIT takes place.

What should I do if I finish my studies at KIT at the end of the winter semester and urgently need the credit points?

I do not study, but would still like to participate in the workshops and excursions.

Guest students who would like to participate in individual workshops and excursions, please contact us by email prior to the event. All other persons can participate in the public keynote speech, the sustainability forum and the panel discussion online without registration.
