InhaltThe COVID-19 pandemic has led to a significant increase in the number of people working from home. In addition to challenges with regards to the digitalization of work processes, the pandemic has demonstrated the need for proper trainings in terms of personal sustainability to boost the health and productivity of those working from home.

Therefore, this workshop will critically reflect upon existing working patterns and discuss how innovative concepts, such as agile management, deep work, flow and others, can be used to increase our efficiency and at the same time contribute to healthier working conditions. The issues discussed in the seminar will be put into the context of sustainable development and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a particular focus on SDG 3 (good health and well-being) and SDG 8 (decent work for all). After a theoretical introduction, participants will test several working methods that are designed to help them get more done in less time. Based on the results of their own experiments, they will come up with creative policy proposals and instructions for individuals, companies and governments on how existing working habits could be enhanced.
