Shikiba Babori MA was born in Kabul and lives and works as an ethnologist and freelance journalist for ARD, Deutschlandradio and ARTE in Cologne. She has been heading the journalist network KALIMA since 2006. With the goal of fostering dialogue between cultures she has been delivering lectures and seminars about sociocultural topics at colleges and for a variety of educational institutions since 2011.
