In the 5 week collaborative Course, participants embark on a Virtual Exchange experience. There you engage with your peers across the globe in small groups of approximately 10 international participants in two-hour sessions. Your group goes through a collaboration process, where you:
• Develop skills in cross-cultural communication, leadership and collaborative problem-solving
• Practice constructive cross-cultural communication
• Explore and analyze key ideas related to the collaboration theme
• Connect those themes with the local cultural contexts present in the group
• Produce an awareness campaign on the theme with an infographic or a video
• Write a short reflection paper on your learning experience.
The participants in Connect Program Collaborate will engage with difference in a safe dialogue space and increase self-other awareness in cross-cultural context.
